📢 Announcement: Typhoon “Tino” Advisory and Safety Reminder

According to the latest PAGASA Severe Weather Bulletin (as of 11:00 AM, November 3, 2025), Typhoon “Tino” has intensified and is currently moving west-southwestward at around 25 km/h, with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h and gusts reaching up to 150 km/h.

Landfall is expected over Eastern Visayas (Southern Samar, Leyte, or Dinagat Islands) tonight or early tomorrow morning. The typhoon will continue to bring heavy rains, strong winds, and possible flooding or landslides across several parts of the Visayas and nearby regions.

⚠️ Areas under Wind Signals 1–4 should prepare for strong to very strong winds, rough seas, and possible power interruptions.
🌊 Coastal areas are advised to stay alert for storm surges exceeding 3 meters in some locations.
